Writing for the Stage

This workshop is an introduction to writing for the stage from a current professional playwright. It will cover the basics of plot, writing 3D characters, dialogue and impact of staging. Students are given the opportunity to explore routes into creative composition, and to examine the different forms they may use.

Please note prices do not include cost of travel, which will be applied to all bookings more than 15 miles from Off the Ground Theatre. All of Off the Ground's tutors are practising theatre professionals. Off the Ground Education design and deliver workshops for schools, theatres, community groups and county drama advisory services.
